The Rapla karting track was completed in 1984 on the initiative of former Juuru karting athlete Arge Peever. Arguably one of the best project karting tracks in Estonia at that time. The largest international karting competition of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Canada drivers took place in 1990 friendship meeting. The Rapla karting track is still actively used for karting. The record of the competitors of the re-independent Estonian karting competition comes from the Rapla karting track. 6.-7.06.2020 143 competitors took part in the opening competition of the Estonian karting season. 

Rapla kardirajal toimuvad kõrgetasemelised võistlused, mis on põnevad ja nauditavad kõikidele motospordihuvilistele. 2019 toimunud võistlused: Eesti Meistrivõistlused kardispordis, PROKART Eesti karikavõistlused, Supermoto Eesti MV, Supermoto Läti MV, Supermoto Soome MV, erinevad kereautode võistlused.
